Do I need a Paypal account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account. When checking out you can select the option to “Check out without an account” On the login screen for Paypal. Or use our Stripe Gateway.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards,debit cards and now also accept eCheque as payment. You can also ring us directly and do your order over the phone.

When will my item be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the size of your order, UK Delivery will typically be 4 – 14 days max and Worldwide delivery can take 2 – 5 weeks. This includes time taken to get your order out the door. We aim to ship the same day.

When will my item be dispatched if I pay by eCheque?
Your item will be dispatched from us the same day as the eCheque has cleared, if on a working day, if not it will be the next following working day.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
You should have received 2 emails, 1 being your order confirmation and the other being your order receipt from Paypal. If you have just placed an order and not received these please contact us asap and we will assist you.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked Services (please make sure your country will allow the product that you have ordered through customs)- We are also not responsible for any tax or extra charges that your country may charge for importing an item.

Returns Policy

Thank you for any purchase you have made, we accept any return that has been purchased from this website. The returned item will be inspected once it arrives back to us and cannot be visibly worn, must not have been damaged, marked or smell in anyway or be in any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. All items must be returned with the original packaging together with our supplied receipt/invoice.

Upon receiving your goods, you have 14 working days to get in contact and report any issues to receive a full refund. Otherwise we will only accept exchanges for other similarly priced goods or credit notes to be used at another time.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

Refund Timeframe

Total duration: 7 – 14 working days until your refund will be with you.
Your refund will be done within a maximum timeframe of 10 working days after your return has been processed. Depending on the chosen payment method in your order we automatically refund the amount via PayPal or Credit Card.
Please note: You will be refunded for the amount originally paid (excluding your original shipping costs).
